Can you clean at short notice?
Yes — we offer same and next day cleaning across London, subject to availability. Call us on 07535 155046 for the quickest booking.
Do I need to provide cleaning products or equipment?
No. Our cleaners bring everything needed. If you'd prefer we use your own products, just let us know.
Is your end of tenancy clean deposit-ready?
Our end of tenancy service was developed working with landlords, estate agents and property managers, and follows inventory-standard checklists. If anything on the checklist is flagged at check-out, we'll come back and fix it.
Is there a minimum contract for regular cleaning?
No. Regular cleaning has no minimum contract — you can pause or cancel whenever you need to.
Do you work with landlords and managing agents?
Yes. Cool Cleaners is part of CoolCribs, a London property management company, so we understand exactly what landlords, agents and block managers need — from void property cleans to regular communal area cleaning.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not at all. Many customers leave a key or use a key safe — keys are kept securely and never labelled with your address.
