What we collect
- Details you give us in the quote form: name, phone number, email address, postcode, the service you're interested in and any message.
- Basic technical data such as your IP address, recorded with form submissions to help prevent spam and abuse.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, arrange and deliver cleaning services, and handle invoicing. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract.
Sharing
We don't sell your data. We only share it with people who help us run the business (for example our email and hosting providers, or the cleaner assigned to your booking) and where required by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become bookings are deleted within 12 months. Customer records are kept for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal and accounting obligations (typically 6 years).
Cookies
This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when the page loads.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, or request a copy in a portable format. Email us and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
